45 real estate agents in Tumbi Umbi, NSW, 2261

I'd been looking for a home for three years when I attended the open house for the unit Tim sold me. I'd met a lot of real estate agents and to be fair I was a little wary, but even when I really loved the property, it seemed something always held me back from purchasing. I could have purchased many times but I didn't. Tim's professionalism and ability to connect and tap into what I needed was really unique. Purchasing a first home had felt daunting in the past but with Tim it just felt easy and right. I knew I loved the unit straight away but I'd been there before. I can honestly say it was his persistence, availability and genuine desire to me to help buy a home which made it happen. I actually wonder if I hadn't come across him as an agent that I would still be looking and not settled in my beautiful home. He's a great person and a great agent with very high standards of how he conducts himself and that was extremely reassuring to me. It consequently didn't surprise me at all when I read his previous reviews. He can make things happen. I will be recommending highly.

I give Tim the highest recommendation as an honest, genuine, and ethical real estate agent. He achieved an outstanding sale outcome for me as a result of his dedication, motivation, and exceptional communication skills, and his commitment to service and achievement of a positive result. Tim demonstrated openness and availability, with consistent high energy and a friendly attitude that proved engaging and reassuring. In a challenging market, Tim showed his aptitude for assessing and marketing the variables that presented my property at its best advantage with consideration of current trends and future growth potential. I have absolute confidence in recommending Tim to market any property for sale, and I believe he will achieve the best possible sales outcome in any circumstances. With consideration of my future real estate sales plans, I know I will be engaging Tim for marketing and sales, with absolute confidence and trust. From a professional and personal perspective, I give Tim my highest recommendation.

Tim was attentive and helpful. He stayed in touch with updates and worked hard to encourage interest in our property. Tim was flexible around the needs of our family. It seemed he really went in to bat for us in order to get the price we wanted which was difficult in the current down in the market.
