Kenji is a very professional , efficient and experienced agent. During the campaign, he kept in touch regularly and was always available to discuss any concerns. As I don't live in Sydney any longer, Kenji handled the all the preparation and marketing of the unit and did an admirable job in the negotiations.I would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking of selling.

He took every effort to keep us informed and up to date with the sale process and regularly held private inspections for those interested in viewing the property outside the scheduled times. We went with Daphne when selling our apartment in Darling Point because having been to various 'open for inspections' she had hosted prior to us listing, we had always found her to be knowledgeable, likeable and ready to assist. Our apartment came onto the market when it was starting to slide and buyers thinned out pretty quickly. However Daphne and Jane continued with the same tenacity and commitment even when prospects of a sale in the near future were slim. Our apartment had no garage which presented further difficulties in a falling market. Daphne worked hard to find a solution to this issue by using her extensive network to find leaseable spaces. She always remained positive and assured us she would find a buyer which she did. Actions speak louder than words and Daphne came through on every issue she said she would.
