I came across the property after weeks of searching and countless of inspections. The moment I entered the property, the moment I felt right just the feeling I cannot described. I met Edwin and Michelle from Ray White who were at the property for inspection and spoke to them, honestly we did not have our finance sorted out by then. I just told Edwin I was serious and I really like the property. Edwin referred me to the mortgage broker (Mingyang) who is also excellent, we worked round the clock to get my documents ready and to my amazement, all were done within just 7 days until I get the bank approval. So I can confidently put an offer to the property. Edwin also referred me to the solicitor (Vivienne from Sun Lawyers) who helped me with the legal aspect of the purchase, again with an excellent services. Michelle (Edwin's staff whom I liaised during the process) is also very helpful and professional, she has a friendly demeanor and no doubt that she is an excellent property agent. In all, I feel like my purchase experience was as easy as one touch of a button and everything else run automatically. Sean is very knowledgeable about the Double Bay market and what is on and off market at any given time. We were clear about the price we wanted and he achieved it, despite buyers giving feedback $100k to $200k below. He gave us good advice about moving our property from off market to on market and it was sold a few days later.
