Not only did we have a quick sale at a price we were happy with but we had some unexpected damage occurring to the property days before settlement. Mark helped us getting all that sorted including liaising with the new owners, getting quotes (when the insurance company refused the claim). So we were happy to have Mark's assistance with all that.
