We always knew what was happening and why. Even the process of removing furniture etc while exhausting it was clear what she was trying to achieve and what would help sell the house. Edward was very knowledgeable about the area and very enthusiastic about ensuring we were able to sell our property for a good price. The day of the sale was difficult as there were several potential purchasers who were looking for a bargain but Edward kept pushing at the auction to get us a very good price. In the weeks after the sale the auction results in the neighbourhood confirmed that we had indeed sold for a good price.
