He is very considerate of your circumstances and is patient whilst also helping you along the difficult road, particularly when you are, as I was, selling the family home of 30 years. He is extraordinarily generous with his time and energy, professional at all times, researches constantly, knows the market, can relate to potential buyers without hassling them, assists in presenting the property at its best and doesn't cut corners!
