Using this network the house was quickly sold off market, which also saved us $5k on advertising fees, and we bypassed the standard "for sale" sign out the front and house opens, etc. Most importantly, he achieved a higher sale price than others had suggested possible. He also has excellent connections with tradies who did a wonderful job with some pre sale required home improvements at prices well under what others were quoting. Throughout the entire process Sushant displayed a great combination of being professional and extremely knowledgeable whilst also being very easy to deal with and approachable.
