Yes the property sold, owing to the governments nonsense property prices dropped. Yes there were a good lot of lookers, shame we didnt throw the first purchaser to the wolves, as she wasted time and money. I got what I thought the property would sell for. Signage was good, web site had plenty of pictures. Yes more money would have b een very good, but a fair rice was obtained. Overall good as possibel.
