Gee, what can I say about Andy? Well firstly, he didn't promise me the world like the other agents I spoke to. He was honest about our home and what the markets were like. He sold it when there wasn't much movement and worked to get a price I was happy with. Andy had a great knowledge of how the markets were playing and a great sense of humour which I liked.
