She gave us good advice on preparing the property for the best sale and helped us style the house to present the right 'vibe'. Her photographer was great too, bringing it to life. Liza understood who could be interested buyers straight away. We had people through the property before it was even listed. Liza has a great work ethic, is a straight shooter and a tough negotiator. She was quick to sort through interested parties to get to the real buyers. Great agent with plenty of character.

When I engaged Liza for potentially selling my home, she was extremely honest and explained how the market in St Andrew’s Beach was sitting. 3 months later, she reached out and honesty believed she could help us achieve our selling goal.. 9 days later our home was sold. I was very happy with Rodney Morley as the managing agent of my rental property. So of course I asked Rochelle to sell this property. Rochelle was always honest about the state of the market which was difficult at the time of the sale. Rochelle worked very hard at the sale which took quite some time as it was tenanted which made the sale more difficult. Rochelle made suggestions to prepare the flat to get the best possible price. She was always available for private inspections other than scheduled inspection times, and then was always in touch to report back the outcome of these inspections. Overall I have been very satisfied having Rochelle as my selling agent after having the Rodney Morley agency as my rental manager. There was always open and honest communication.

I was very anxious about selling my home, due to bad past experiences. As an older single woman, I met with Juan with my elder daughter, and Juan and Josh ensured that she was involved in the process all the way!
