Shantelle was an amazing agent and was extremely open and honest through out the entire process of purchasing the home, her communication through out was top notch and made the process so much smoother, I would highly recommend using bound and Shantelle as an agent and will be keeping her in mind if we ever decide to sell or buy again.

Professional and hard working agent . Always keeps the vendor informed, nothing is too much trouble.
