When you have no experience in the field of real estate I believe it is very difficult to not only find a knowledgeable agent but one who communicates in an honest and authentic manner. Oren absolutely did this. I always felt we were on the same page moving forward with my sale so that absolutely nothing came as a surprise. There was a contingency plan for all eventualities.
