Claudio just finished managing the sale of a Unit/apartment for me. The unit itself was fairly ordinary but in a sea of similar properties in the area, it probably wasn't an easy sell. Claudio managed expectations well and was persistent with his pursuit of potential buyers and evaluation of the current market.
