Alan’s professional approach gave us the confidence to trust and be guided by him. Alan went above and beyond to achieve the outcome we were needing to purchase our next home.

Committed , friendly, approachable and diligent team

Fletcher and Riley break records for a reason. They know the market. They know how to market your property to achieve maximum price for their customers. Alan was real, honest and was always there when I needed to ask a question. He worked hard to achieve the highest price for our unit and to break more records.

Matthew is just one of those No Bull kinda guys, tell it as it is and what you see is what you get ! Thank you for house number 2 Matt!

This is my second time going through Matt from Maverix and I couldn’t be happier! Excellent communication skills! Matt is a genuine guy and always willing to provided guidance with our interest at heart! 10/10 experience.

Matthew was very responsive and always available for questions. He made sure to keep us updated the whole way till settlement and made the buying process very stress free.

We chose Haven property to sell our Bokarina apartment primarily because we have used James to sell on 2 prior occasions and we trust James without any reservation whatsoever. On this occasion we had to lower our price expectation but this is where the market is now heading and we knew that. The apartment took a little over 6 weeks to sell, but this is favourable given other apartments within the complex are still unsold after many months. We are very happy with the result, very happy indeed.

Our experience with James and his team from Haven Property was nothing short of stellar. This sale was the smoothest property transaction we have ever experienced. We loved the contemporary feel of the agency and the fresh approach to marketing. James' calm welcoming manner and thorough knowledge of the Coolum property market through to his excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with the whole team's attention to detail, ensured a seamless, stress-free sale.

James was professional and accessible in assisting in my property transaction. He listened and helped me achieve a result.

Jennie was great to work with when we sold our property recently. She has an extensive and in-depth knowledge of the local property market. She never overpromised as some agents often do, and she worked very hard to achieve a great result for us. She was always a pleasure to work with, as was Emily, her fantastic assistant. Although always highly professional, selling with Jennie was more like working with a friend than a real estate agent. Highly recommended.

Buying a property with Jenny was a smooth process. Communication during transactions was spot on. I was particularly impressed that we as buyers as well as the lovely people we purchased from were always treated with kindness and upmost consideration by Jenny. Her appraisal of the current market was astute and realistic. We thoroughly appreciated her ‘straight talking’ during what can be, for most people, an uncertain and stressful period.

Jennie had up to date and comprehensive knowledge of the market. She proved flexibility through recent market changes. Jennie went over and above to support us as we negotiated selling our house from afar. She was always available for discussion and kept us in the loop throughout. I felt confident with Jennie’s skills and expertise and found her honest and reliable.
