Outstanding Result in a Challenging Apartment Market We recently sold our apartment at 8/93 Caddies Boulevard, Rouse Hill through Binnie Jaura and the Ray White Rouse Hill team, and once again the experience was exceptional. What made this result particularly impressive was the amount of competing stock already on the market. Several similar apartments in the same complex and nearby had been sitting unsold for months, including a comparable three-bedroom plus study apartment that had been listed well before ours and was still on the market after our property sold. Despite those conditions, Binnie and his team generated interest quickly, secured an offer, negotiated strongly on our behalf and had the property sold in a very short period of time. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. Alex, Binnie’s EA, Bobby, Samir and the wider team were professional, responsive and extremely easy to deal with. We always knew where things stood and never had to chase for updates. Importantly, there was never any pressure to accept a price simply to get a deal done. We always felt Binnie was working in our best interests and focused on achieving the strongest possible outcome. The apartment is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of Rouse Hill Town Centre and the Sydney Metro, with the new Rouse Hill Hospital also being built nearby.
