Joe was brilliant in his ability to communicate. We had several appraisals and felt that other estate agents were after a quick Sale. Joe was patient, honest and forthright. He has a broad understanding of what is necessary to work with both seller and buyer. His market knowledge is extensive and he works in a friendly but very professional way. Because of his previous working experiences, he displayed excellent people skill. We felt very much at ease in his presence, unlike many other estate agents we dealt with.
