Because I live in QLD she has delt with all the things I can not do from so far away the response time with getting things done was just no trouble very well educated in her job as a real estate agent

We are very pleased with Grant,s knowledge of the market and his always returning our phone calls and constantly keeping us updated. We definitely recommend him to any one selling a house

Dan was absolutely fabulous from the very moment we signed up. Believe me we were hesitant in putting our home on the market in these exstreamly tough times, but Dan and the team at O'Brien Clarke did absolutely everything to get our house sold. Dan's patience communication and energy was second to none. To Clare also a big thankyou. If you are wanting to sell or purchase you wouldn't find a better more honest person who tells it how it is no sugar coating Daniel is the one I would go to again. Thankyou Dan from Bob and myself.

Very genuine. Answered all questions. Helped us make an achievable purchase with our best interests at heart, not just pushing a sale
