I am in no doubt that her experience in this area significantly contributed to the final sale price. Her knowledge of house prices in the local market came to the fore when she suggested listing the house for considerably more than I had anticipated. More importantly, her price appraisal proved correct and the final sale price reflected her appraisal and I was more than satisfied with the result.
