We spoke to Nick when the property was first put on the market and we rang hi9m to confirm that we were interested in purchasing the property and would meet with him the following day. We inspected the property with Nick at the 1st open house and found him most helpful and he understood our needs. We agreed to put in an offer to purchase4 the property on that day with draft contracts being prepared. Nick contacted us back late the same day to advise that we were successful with our offer.

Choosing Nick Tang as our real estate agent was a choice I would never, ever regret. He didn't just sell our house; he secured a sale price that left us truly ecstatic—a result far beyond what we had dared to hope for. In this fiercely competitive industry, Nick is a true standout. What sets him apart is the sheer depth of his character and commitment. He approaches his work with incredible diligence, persistence, and a respectful attitude that shines through in every interaction. Nick works tirelessly, always focusing on solutions and adaptability instead of dwelling on obstacles. This meant everything went smoothly, even when challenges arose. He builds genuine, lasting relationships with everyone involved—from the owner to the potential buyer. This is crucial: it means he works hard to ensure the process is transparent and positive for both sides. He fights for his sellers while remaining fair and communicative with his buyers. While others chase big names, I urge you to look closer. Nick Tang may not be the most established agent yet, but his focus, passion, and perseverance are unmatched. We are profoundly glad he represented our property, and I can say with confidence: trust him to deliver.
