We cannot recommend Kostya Logvinov from Town Residential Real Estate highly enough. From our very first meeting, Kostya took the time to build a genuine relationship with us, making us feel completely supported throughout the entire process. He listened to our requirements and tailored his approach to match exactly what we were looking for. Kostya’s sound knowledge of the local area and market trends is second to none, and his expertise gave us total confidence. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, we achieved a great result with our house selling under the hammer at auction. If you want an agent who combines professional excellence with a personal touch, Kostya is the person to call!

Welcome to 2026 post Labor budget, where they have done the deed and cooled the market , as I've decided to sell my property I fortunately ended up choosing Town residential and have been dealing with Kostya, as the market is really slow, however Kostya still managed to get a reasonable offer from only 2 open homes ! even though their was hardly any people coming through! He has also managed to get an early settlement! Very professional agent he is easy to deal with and has really good advice. I highly recommend Kostya and town residential for your next property sale !.

We were incredibly impressed by Kostya's exceptional market knowledge throughout the selling process. Kostya, went above and beyond selling our property as we live interstate, he took care of everything from organising trades, keeping in regular contact with us with his wonderful communication. His deep understanding of the local market trends and the real estate industry helped us make informed decisions at every stage. Kostya made the whole process streamlined and stress free, we truly felt we had the best realtor guiding us through the process, ensuring we got the best deal. We highly recommended Kostya.
