Once we had decided to downsize and sell our house we had 3 valuations done ,Kim didn't promise us the world with over inflated value just to get the listing , he gave us an estimate $value but told us that the market will determine the actual sale price ,however he asked our dream price and he would work towards that , which in the slowing housing market he achieved a great result for us. Kim and his fantastic team are such a pleasure to deal with they made themself available any time of the day to take my calls and answer my questions , while selling your home can be a stressful time Kim worked through my concerns in a very caring and professional way. Grant was especially helpful. He is polite and professional as well as happy to have a joke to lighten the mood. When it came time to acceptance of the offer he responded timely on a broad range of communication ie messaging, phone calls and emails.
