We were dealing with Kamal for almost 10months we wanted to sell ours but only when we had an offer accepted on a new place. Kamal for months helped us with putting in offers and not overpaying. Jia was great from the start , no time wasted. Straight talker which I like . Always communicated after home opens and was always available for any questions in between. Very knowledgeable with the housing market and realistic with what the house was worth but also listened to what we wanted. After initially using another agent who was absolutely awful Jia was a breath of fresh air and worked hard to sell the house and did so after a short period having wasted 4 months with the other agent.
