After a difficult, drawn out sale for our Fairfield home, we eventually had success. Relieved, we then turned our attention to purchasing a new home in the Redlands area. We happened upon a listing for a Thornlands property that had a lot of buyer interest but hadn’t actually sold. We raced out to an extra open house and fell in love with that home. During the course of that evening and the morning of the following day, we successfully had a signed contract and purchase. Bianca was excellent to deal with and we were extremely happy with this amazing result. We’d happily recommend Bianca to anyone looking for a great agent with a friendly and knowledgeable approach.

With Marina we were in very capable hands through every step of selling our property. Her support is outstanding. We were very happy with the listed price and the sale price. I would definitely recommend mick and Marina to anyone wanting to sell up. Especially with having a rental that has tenants, they worked very well with the tenant which took a huge load off us. It ended up been a smooth sail to settlement after the contracts were signed, which worked great for us.
