I had a great experience selling my unit. Communication was easy and responsive throughout the entire process, with regular updates via WhatsApp and phone calls that kept me informed and reassured every step of the way. From the beginning, the sales process was clearly explained, and whenever I had questions or concerns, they took the time to reassess the situation, provide guidance, and give me confidence that we were on the right track. I particularly appreciated the weekly buyers report, giving regular updates on potential buyers, who had viewed the property, and their perceived level of interest, which gave me valuable insight into how the campaign was progressing. The campaign itself was efficient and well managed. It was a short campaign and set for Auction in just three weeks and a strong offer was secured that I accepted before auction day. I'm very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to sell their property.
