Efficient, Helpful, and always responsive

I wanted to acknowledge the excellent support provided by Liam and the team. They handled the sale of my investment property with impressive efficiency and completed everything in a very quick timeframe. This is in total contrast to my experience over the previous six months with another agent in the area, where there was little to no follow-up and calls were not returned. Liam demonstrated a completely different level of service. From signing the agreement to advertising which took about a week, and the property was then sold within two weeks of advertising, achieving an excellent outcome on price. The communication channel which was set up on WhatsApp was so good and it meant I could contact Liam and the team at any time, and replies were always quick to come back. Liam’s responsiveness and willingness to help made a real difference, and it was greatly appreciated. As I live in Sydney, and after the previous agent experience, it was so heartening to work with someone who is professional, knowledgeable, capable and so helpful. Thanks again to Liam for the outstanding effort, I couldn’t be happier
