Josh and Piper from day one of the initial signing of the real estate agreement of our property treated us with total respect and simplicity into the way we wanted to market our property. We were then kept in the loop after every inspection and market up dates weekly, Josh's professionalism towards us and the potential buyers was top rate , punctuality was also a big point for us as a shift worker really relied on the timings of inspections. A difficult process for us leaving our house and land we had built an landscaped from a vacant parcel of land was appreciated by Josh during the selling process which meant alot to us both. Overall Josh was a total old school gentleman, who's hand shake showed trust and belief, but most importantly to me , he never pushed us into making any decisions we weren't comfortable with.
