Daryl was ahead of the game from the outset. He had all the answers and if he didn't know something he was honest enough to say so. As a result there were no unwanted surprises only good ones mainly in the form of a higher than expected selling price. This is the second property Daryl has sold for me and each time its been smooth sailing and an absolute pleasure to with a consummate professional.
