Marlee Shannon was my Rental Manager and my Selling Agent. While she was my rental manager, she found good tenants quickly and constantly provided good feedback as to the condition of my house. She insisted that the house was to be kept tidy and neat and followed up with the tenants to make sure it was. She handled all and any aspects of the rental including organising trades to fix any items and as promised at the end of every month the paperwork and rental monies came through promptly.
