I found Shane Beaumont to be an excellent Real Estate Agent, he was very helpful and explained the process of selling a housei in a clear and concise way. The house hit the market on the Thursday or Friday, and the first offer was in by Tuesday. Shane seemed to have a great sense of the market and set about advertising accordingly. In my case: a (very) decent offer presented early on, was approved. External conditions made the process of selling our home a little bit harder; but Shane, and the team behind him, made it truly effortless and were always accomodating! In doing some research before selling the house he very quickly became the top out of my top three. I can almost guarantee that if I went with one or other of the agents I would: 1. Not have sold the house yet. 2. Sold at hundreds of thousands of dollars less for a high quantity agent to tick off a sale. If you want to just sell your house, on an extended time-frame, with no real goal- go somewhere else. If you need a real-estate agent who knows real-estate, understands trends and looks forward: then Shane is that guy. I would happily use and recommend his services going forward.

James and the team were great to work with. I was impressed by his level of professionalism.

From day one, James kept me fully informed about market movements, offering thoughtful suggestions and guidance on timing the sale to maximise our return. Communication and knowledge

Excellent communication between Mikes team and us. We couldn't fault anything. The house sold for more and quicker than we ever expected. Mikes professionalism and friendliness makes it feel like you are chatting with a friend. We can't thank Mike and his exceptional team enough for all their help in selling our family home.

We met with Mike, he was genuine, approachable and relaxed in his communication. His knowledge of the suburb and potential buyers meant we were able to accept an offer without the need for advertising, open homes etc. He kept us informed at all times, advised and helped with small problems, and was able to organise a trades person at short notice when needed.
