We recently sold a property in Darch and experienced excellent service from the whole Lovell team, especially that of Chris and Jai. Chris is extremely personable and a strong negotiator with the knowledge they have in the area. Chris and Jai have an exceptional knowledge of the northern suburbs in Perth, and are very responsive to messages, early in the morning and late in the evening, this put us at ease knowing they were available for any queries we had. We also had added complexity of a deceased estate and involvement with Landgate; they recommended an excellent property settlement agency to organise the administration of this as well. I cannot recommend them enough and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Chris was very passionate about selling our house. He knows Beldon and the market really well. Unfortunately the market shifted slightly around our sale time, but Chris kept us updated throughout. With some final negotiating from us we were able to get closer to the price we’d hoped. His team were good throughout - an all round lovely bunch of people!
