We also felt comfortable using lot of their suggested trades for renovation even though they were equally happy for us to use trades of our choice. It is worth adding their trades were very competent in both skill and cost. They clearly communicated their campaign/marketing plans and used their process to engage with potential buyers. From the time we signed the contract/authority with them until the settlement, we were always informed and involved (as needed) of the progress.
