Adam was very familiar with the Inner North West market and regularly kept us updated. He made recommendations to prepare the property for sale, arranging painting, repairs and staging. The Jellis Craig Live app was also very helpful for being updated after inspections. If Adam had any concerns he immedately communicated these to us and was proactive with recommendations to address them. As the auction neared he was proactive with interested buyers following up for the auction. A good outcome.

We messed Lindsay about for an inspection owing to flight delays, however he went out of his way to conduct a private tour of the property afterwards. He highlighted known issues, but also offered alternative solutions. His building history knowledge was valuable in assessing any works required.
