Agencies in Perth

Sam made sure that our offer and offer acceptance was swift and hassle free. He is passionate about what he does, and loves to make sure people are excited about moving to the Roleystone area

Our experience with Susan was nothing short of exceptional, from initial discussions on taking her on as selling agent right through to the closure of settlement. Susan had a thorough knowledge of the market, and provided detailed responses to all of our questions about the sale process and costs. Unlike the other prospective agents, Susan made a well-reasoned case for higher expectation on sale price than we thought likely or possible (and which ultimately proved to be correct, much to our satisfaction). Susan worked very hard on securing a buyer from her extensive contacts, and in working the deal to its fruition in a shorter timeframe than we had envisaged. Through it all she was in regular contact. Overall the process was seamless and conducted with great professionalism, with Susan being a 'natural' agent - positive, proactive, adaptive and successful. We have no hesitation in strongly recommending Susan
