We highly recommend her and would definitely use her again for future purchases or sales.

David was introduced though a friend. David put us at ease with his knowledge of the industry. He explained it to us at length so we understood the process as we were not savy with the online auction and technology. David showed me every step and repeated it if I needed to repeat. David spent a lot of time walking us though all the contracts we needed to complete. We are extremely happy with the sale as a good bones that needed big fixer uppers we have done well.

He cautioned me on the risks & solidity of the various offers, gave me suitable time to make a decision, and in the meantime he negotiated an even better deal than the offers we had on the table.
