We found Shane Penny as an interacting, kind and honest agent, dealing with us in a very professional manner. He caters according to our needs and future plans as first home buyers. He’s so patient with us imparting significant ideas/knowledge on acquiring a property. He answers queries straight away at our own pace and level of understanding as English is not our first language and give suggestions if need be.
