Hey guys, long story short, i bought a unit 3 years ago and David was the real estate agent, he was very clear and percise with all the details and happy to explain anything i was unsure of plus was happy to go the extra mile and offer 2nd tour if wanted, was veryyyyy efficent and helpful on getting the place bought and paperwork signed and was able to move in very quickly. 3 years later i decided to sell that unit and the first person that came to mine was David, he offer a really good pricing to sell the unit and again went above and beyond in the sale/walk throughs/advertising and communicated absolutly every step to keep me assured and it the loop was very greatful, the place was sold super fast and for a great price and even went beyond selling my old place to give great advice on finding a new one. I couldnt not recommend David enough, he is a 10/10 agent with my 2 deals im so happy it was with David Coldham, if i ever sell my new place i will 100% be calling him again. After some negotiation and a counter-offer on our part, the buyer accepted our terms on 23 February 2026. As we are based overseas, David’s recommendation of a reliable settlement agent was extremely helpful. He coordinated closely with all parties involved, including our property management agent and the existing tenant, ensuring that inspections and related matters were handled smoothly. One aspect we particularly appreciated was how David managed an issue identified during inspection. He took the initiative to liaise with the builder to rectify the defect, potentially saving us from additional costs and complications. Thanks to his hands-on approach and attention to detail, the settlement was completed successfully on 8 April 2026, with funds credited to our account promptly. Overall, we found David to be professional, responsive, and committed to achieving a smooth and successful outcome. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property. We would especially highly recommend him to non-resident investors, as his ability to manage the entire process remotely provided us with great confidence and peace of mind.
