Dealing with purchasers who manipulated and mislead the process throughout including withholding notification of finance approval for over 2 weeks until the final 24 hours of being due, despite on numerous occasions being requested for updates. Which then led to a 5 day settlement period which was impossible for both settlement agents, Jay constantly displayed patience and professionalism. Despite dealing with mistruths, threats, an ever changing settlement timeframe and bullying, Jay never wavered from an independent position and a desire to complete the sale satisfactory to all parties.
