Raymond is very knowledgeable of the area and promptly responded to our queries about the property and as well as schools in the area. When asked about the new development close by, he knew all the details (which I verified later and all matched when I did my own research). Overall we had a great buying exp, we were kept up to date on progress. Would happily recommend Raymond and the team.
