As a newly widowed woman of 86, I was confronted with the need to sell the Bunbury home I had shared with my husband for 23 years. When faced with this daunting prospect, I was greatly helped and comforted through the initial visit by Clinton Knopp. He spent time explaining the processes leading up to the sale, explained the market fluctuations and gave the valuation for which he would list the house. Over the next few weeks, Clinton and his staff came with the photographer and gave advice on how best to present the house. When the house was listed I was able to follow expressions of interest on the site. A week after the listing, Elyse brought a prospective buyer who then hurried straight back to the office and signed up for the full price that Clinton had quoted. Because it was a cash sale, settlement went through without hitch, thanks to our excellent Agent. I am very grateful for the satisfying outcome, but especially for the warm, personalised service throughout the whole process. Thank you Clinton and Elyse.
