Unlike the other agents that we interviewed, Jade provided a detailed strategy for selling our property and a calendar of the process. When the initial approach to sell the apartment tenanted did not attract sufficient buyers, Jade pivoted to the fallback position of selling the apartment vacant. She quickly costed the requirements for the second strategy - painting, carpeting and display furnishings.
