Dean was excellent to deal with. Always had a very positive, can do attitude for each obsticale we ran into. At times hard to contact. But was great with being able to communicate with me when he would be able to call me back.

Purchasing this property was quite the ordeal. Martin made promises some of which he kept, some he didn't. Towards the end of the purchase Martin was unable to give the time and attention needed to give answers to the questions posed and access to the property at convenient times. Never got a full set of keys and and bedroom curtains were missing on handover. There just seemed to be one crisis after another and he really didn't know the property very well at all. Felt quite betrayed really.
