Before buying our property we'd looked at many others, either online and open inspections through OC real estate. I had a conversation with Nick about a particular place and he basically talked me out of it, mainly due to steep driveways and moblity issues etc. He spent the time bringing up the questions we should be asking ourselves the what iffs in buying a new home. Get that piece of paper and list the pros on one side and cons on the other. Most of our buying was through Nick but we did have positive interactions with many of the OC team, of which we're thankful.

Nick was very professional and managed our time and his effectively. Both Bonnie and himself worked hard for us and we ended up with a fair and accurate price for our beloved family home. Nothing was too much for Nick and his team. Would recommend any one needing to sell to consider Nick and his team at OC Willunga. 10/10
