He was responsive to our calls and emails, as we live in Sydney and were unable to meet with him face to face so open communication via emails, txt and calls was vital. Sandy worked with our grounds keeper to get access to the property and was punctual and considerate in all his dealings with them. Sandy was able to get us a sale within the price guide that the property was valued at and made sure he always acted in our best interest.
