Agencies in Zetland, NSW, 2017

Allan and this team were very responsive and worked very hard on our sale

We were very pleased with the service provided by Alain Waitsman and the team. They were professional. responsive, and easy to deal with throughout the entire process. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

Communication was smooth, responses were prompt, and the marketing plan was highly professional !

As a buyer, I had a great experience with Polly. Her communication was clear, timely and professional. Inspections were well organised, and the process was smooth. Overall, a friendly and approachable agent who made the buying process a positive one. I’d be more than happy to work with Polly again.

Polly was great to work with, very professional, represented the vendor well and was very respectful and helpful in our transaction. She worked hard to ensure we had all the information required to make a final decision to proceed with the purchase. There were some challenges in gathering information, but she did a great job working through this quickly to help us proceed. Any vendor would be very happy to have Polly representing them.

Polly was absolutely fantastic, she helped us with everything, from the renovation right through to the sale. She was always just a phone call or a message away. She let us know everything as it happened we always knew what was happening. She achieved the price we wanted and a wonderful settlement. I can’t say enough good things about her she was just amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

Excellent work and service.

Jacky has been a pleasure to have worked with during the purchase of my property. He has great in-depth knowledge of the property market and the property he is trying to sell. He was always attentive and answered any of my realestate related questions professionally and honestly and which made my purchase journey smooth and stress free. I'm overall very happy with the service Jacky has provided me and I would highly recommend Jacky and his team to anyone who is interested in purchasing a property.

When I first met Danny, he spent much time and effort to ensure he understood my needs so that he could recommend the best property for me. He was attentive, a good listener and always responded to calls and emails promptly. Although he was the vendor’s agent, I felt I could trust him to help the parties reach a deal quickly. He worked diligently and succeeded in doing so. It was a great pleasure and privilege to have Danny help me to secure a property that suited my needs. Thank you Danny!
