Was referred to Paula and it is easy to see why. She helped me get everything I needed in order and was more than happy to answer the thousand questions I had as a first home buyer. It's a daunting process but she made it a lot less stressful for which I'm very grateful. I felt like Paula gave me all the information I needed to be able to make an informed choice about my budget, home loan options, and so on. I really appreciated how she helped coordinate all the different parties together for me as well - bank, agent, lawyer etc. I'd definitely use Paula again and would recommend her to anyone who's wanting to buy a home or top up their home loan. Daen was able to solve our borrowing needs, while giving us numerous options and solid advice at every step. While we were borrowing to buy our primary residence - Daen was so impressive we refinanced our investment property with him at the same time. The fact that we are in Sydney made no difference to Daen and his communication and follow up were second to none - from dealing with the banks, our lawyers and real estate agent - top service all the way.
