Once again the team at Loanport and Diana McKenzie made our refinancing journey an absolute breeze. We were guided every step of the way, with clear communication and no hidden fees or fine print. The team have an exceptionally high level of responsiveness, professionalism, market knowledge and a genuine care for their clients. They have a commitment to finding the best outcome. Thank you for working with us again.

I have used Vic a few times and also recommended him to family and friends. He is highly regarded in the Mortgage Broking industry. He listens to the request and works through every scenario to ensure we got the best result. He continuously follows up with progress and ensures that every concern or query is explained in detail. His staff are very diligent and courteous with any requests. The document portal for safe and quick uploading is really good, intuitive and ensures that the information can be reviewed with the upmost security and privacy. Vic will often work outside of normal hours and has travelled to us previously to ensure that our time isn't wasted, and it really made us feel valued and important. he will not field phone calls during our meeting which demonstrates respect for us and what he is achieving. Nothing ever appears to be too hard with Vic, and it is for this reason we 100% trusted him with our journey. Thank you to you Vic and your staff and we will continue to recommend you to our friends and family (4 and counting have used Vic including first home, refinancing and rural block purchases)

When i sent aneta a message she got back to us within an hour. When I mentioned my husband wasn't on board she wasn't pushy and accepted this. When I reached out to her and said he was onboard she was happy to sign us up.

Paul has been excellent on a number of finance transactions for us now. Problem solving and option analysis on this was critical when the sale of our property fell through due to 3rd party buyers failure. Paul and Fiona pivoted and found the right solution for us on short notice and under critical time constraints to ensure we still got our best finance deal and secured our next property. Highly responsive, excellent communication and problem solving. Will continue to use Paul and the team!
