She was helpful, going out of her way to leave me confident my questions would be addressed. She was friendly and kind, making sure I was comfortable with each next step. She helped me understand when things weren't clear to me, and helped me have confidence to trust the process when I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by such much new stuff to get my head around. Never did she let me feel that my questions were foolish. She was patient, and also extremely thoughtful. I felt listened to and respected by Ashlen.
