I went to Robert not because I could not walk into a bank and apply for a loan (in fact I did, with my bank), but because I was looking for an investment loan on a property that ticks all the boxes (location, size, appearance, maintenance, yield...) but one: it is part of a service apartment group. Robert helped out immensely on 2 fronts: (1) seek a loan that was as little bells as possible - listening to my wishes; (2) made me reflect on unreasonable requests I had, which needed to change to get the transaction done. Finding, in these days and age, someone who can still listen to a client and treats a client like a client rather than a buyer of some services is VERY rare. Finding someone who zooms is on what the problem is and how to solve is, in my experience, EXTREMELY rare. I was fortunate to meet him and get his support. It took time and effort, and some conversations were not just about tea and cakes let me tell you. But if you are after an outcome that suits you (as a client) rather than just an outcome, Robert is a quality person you can trust. Definitely recommend.
