My wife and I were looking to purchase an investment property. Joel and his team were able to look at our borrowing position and advise on which mortgage was suitable and what our budget would be. We had difficulty finding a property within that budget, and also had questions around what the best structure was for the ownership of the investment (trust fund, 50/50 split between my wife and myself, etc). I also was working abroad for long periods at the time, making it hard to view properties. Joel and team were respectful and patient with us, and also able to put us in touch with a buyers agent and financial advisor through their network of local contacts. As a result we were able to set the loan structure up correctly for our situation and able, with the help of the buyers agent, to find a property. Joel's staff were all super responsive to all our questions throughout the entire 10 month process, and very patient with us as we worked to understand all the various options and find a suitable investment.
