I have worked with Josh on a number of occasions, for an initial loan and two refinances since. Josh is patient when faced with all the questions I have asked over the years, and there is no such thing as a silly question from his perspective. He follows up with you and will get back to you right away! Like the Birdie name suggests you are always one under par with Josh, Nathan and the team. Josh obtained the best rate in the market at the time and surprised me with a follow up email informing me he had got a further rate decrease before it was finalised. He is professional in his approach but still takes the time to ask how things are in general. It's that service that has kept, and will continue to keep, me coming back.
